Monthly Deliverables Scoped to Your Priorities

Monthly Planning Call
At the start of each month, we jump on a call to align on priorities, discuss what is coming up in your business, and scope the deliverables for that month. You always know what is being worked on and when it will be delivered.
Priority Turnaround
Retainer clients go to the front of the queue. When you need something quickly, you get it quickly. No waiting behind one-off projects. Your work is prioritised because your relationship is ongoing.
Rollover Flexibility
If you do not use all your deliverables in a given month, unused capacity can roll into the next month within reason. Life happens. Priorities shift. The retainer flexes with you rather than penalising you for a quiet month.
Monthly Performance Summary
At the end of each month, you receive a summary of what was delivered, how content performed (if applicable), and recommendations for the next month. You always have visibility on what you are getting for your investment.
Direct Communication Channel
You get a direct line to your creative team via email, WhatsApp, or Slack. No ticketing systems. No support queues. No waiting 48 hours for a reply. You talk to the people doing the work.
Minimum Commitment: 3 Months
The first month is onboarding and setup. By month 2, we are at full speed. By month 3, the rhythm is locked in. After the 3-month minimum, you continue month-to-month with no lock-in.
