Everything You Get With This Package
Event Photography (Full Coverage)
Professional photography covering the full duration of your event. Keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking moments, candid interactions, venue details, and branding on display. Every key moment is captured.
Event Videography (Full Coverage)
Professional video coverage running alongside the photography. Speeches, presentations, audience reactions, and b-roll footage captured throughout the event for use in the highlights video and additional content.
Highlights Video (2-3 Minutes)
A professionally edited highlights video that captures the energy and key moments of your event. Music, branding, and transitions included. Use it in post-event reports, on social media, in future event promotion, and in sponsor communications.
3-5 Social Media Clips (15-60 Seconds Each)
Short video clips pulled from the event footage, formatted for social media. Speaker quotes, audience reactions, venue energy, and highlight moments cut and optimised for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Stories.
100-300 Edited Photos
The full photo set is professionally edited with colour correction and retouching. Shorter events (2-4 hours) deliver closer to 100 images. Full-day events and multi-session conferences deliver 200-300+. Every image is polished and publication-ready.
Same-Day Social Media Preview Images
5-10 quick-edited photos delivered to you during the event itself. Post them on social media in real time while the event is still happening. Your audience sees the event unfolding live and your speakers and sponsors get immediate visibility.
Professional Lighting for Key Moments
Supplementary lighting provided for speeches, presentations, award ceremonies, and any key moments where venue lighting is not sufficient. Your most important moments are captured clearly, not lost in a dim conference room.
Timeline:
Same-day delivery for preview images. Full photo set and highlights video delivered within 5-7 business days after the event. Rush delivery available for an additional fee.
Revisions:
1 round of revisions on the highlights video. Photo selection and editing is handled by our team based on the brief and shot list agreed before the event.

We review the event schedule, identify key moments (speeches, awards, panel discussions), create a shot list, and coordinate logistics. We know exactly what to capture before we arrive.

Event Day Coverage
Our photography and videography crew arrives set up and ready. Coverage runs for the full duration of the event. Same-day preview images are delivered to you during the event for real-time social media posting.

Post-Production
The full photo set is edited and colour-corrected. The highlights video is assembled with music, branding, and transitions. Social media clips are cut and formatted for each platform.

Delivery
Complete media package delivered within 5-7 business days: edited photos in high-resolution and web formats, highlights video, and social media clips. All organised by category and ready to use.
Questions About The Event Package
Standard coverage includes 2 photographers and 2 videographers. For larger events (300+ attendees, multiple stages, or multi-day conferences), additional crew can be added. We discuss crew size during planning.
Yes. 5-10 quick-edited preview images are delivered during the event for social media. The full edited set is delivered within 5-7 business days after the event.
Yes. You can provide music (if commercially licensed) or we select from our royalty-free music library. We match the music to the tone and energy of your event.
Yes. We cover events across Gauteng and South Africa. Travel and accommodation costs for events outside Johannesburg are quoted separately based on the location.
Multi-day events are priced on a per-day basis. A 2-day conference, for example, is roughly double the base package. We provide an exact quote based on your event schedule and requirements.
