    Every page includes proper bleed (design extending beyond the trim edge), trim marks, and crop marks so the printer can cut accurately. These production details are what separate professional print files from amateur ones.

  • High-Resolution Print-Ready PDF

    Your final document is exported as a high-resolution PDF with correct colour profiles, embedded fonts, and appropriate resolution. Send it straight to any printer without additional preparation.

  • Source Files

    You receive the editable source files (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator) so you or another designer can update the document in the future. Text changes, image swaps, and content additions without starting from scratch.

  • Timeline:

    1-2 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Simple documents (4-8 pages) fall on the shorter end. Larger documents (12+ pages) take the full two weeks depending on content readiness.

  • Revisions:

    2 rounds of revisions included. You review the proof, send consolidated feedback, and we refine. Most documents are finalised within the included rounds.

    Refinement

    2 rounds of revisions based on your feedback. Text changes, layout adjustments, image swaps, and any other refinements until you are happy with every page.

    Production Files

    Final print-ready PDF exported with correct bleed, colour profiles, and resolution. Source files packaged and delivered alongside. Ready to send to your printer.

Questions About The Print Run

Additional pages can be added to the quote. The pricing scales proportionally. A 24-page catalogue is roughly double the base price. We confirm exact pricing before work starts.

We deliver print-ready files that any commercial printer can work with. We can also coordinate with trusted print suppliers in Johannesburg on your behalf and manage the production process if needed.

Yes. If you have brand guidelines, we follow them exactly. If you do not have formal guidelines but have existing materials, we match the style and maintain consistency across the document.

Print-ready PDF (CMYK, with bleed and trim marks) plus editable source files (InDesign or Illustrator) so the document can be updated in the future without starting over.
